CLASSES

Tai Chi in person!

We are back to teaching in person.  We meet in a room with ample space, ventilation, and masks are now required.  Should regulations change, we will move the class back on-line.

 

Classes are held Monday evenings.  Wear comfortable, loose clothing and soft sole shoes, preferably tai chi shoes.

Beginning Tai Chi Class
