You can join us from anywhere in the world!

Classes are held Monday evenings.  Wear comfortable, loose clothing and soft sole shoes, preferably tai chi shoes.

Spring 2021 

Beginning Tai Chi Class

Description:   

This series of 10 classes we will begin teaching the Yang Style Short Form Tai Chi.  The class will focus on relaxation, clear thinking, strength and feeling balanced.  To learn more about the Tai Chi teaching style and for our full curriculum, go the www.taichifoundation.org
