Tai Chi in person!
We are teaching in person. The class meets in a room with ample space, ventilation, and for the time being we meet with masks on.
Classes are held Monday evenings, except as noted. Wear comfortable, loose clothing and soft sole shoes, preferably tai chi shoes.

Description:
This series of 10 classes will be broken into two five week courses. In session 1, we will begin teaching the Yang Style Short Form Tai Chi. In session 2, we will complete the first third of the form. The class will focus on relaxation, clear thinking, strength and feeling balanced.
