CLASSES

Tai Chi in person!

We are back to teaching in person.  We meet in a room with ample space, ventilation, and masks on.  Should regulations change, we will move the class back on-line.

 

Classes are held Monday evenings, except as noted.  Wear comfortable, loose clothing and soft sole shoes, preferably tai chi shoes.

Beginning Tai Chi Class

Description:   

This series of 10 classes we will begin teaching the Yang Style Short Form Tai Chi.  The class will focus on relaxation, clear thinking, strength and feeling balanced.  To learn more about the Tai Chi teaching style and for our full curriculum, go the www.taichifoundation.org
