Description:
We will start with qigong to wake up our internal sense of what’s going on, what we are feeling, our dantian awareness. By aligning with principle we will experience how to be mobile without upsetting our balance. Our focus will be on developing sensitivity and relaxation to enhance our freedom of movement. We will do this by feeling our feet relax and continuing to feel our feet while we move. This class is appropriate for beginners and experienced Tai Chi students.

In the 2nd hour
We will continue working tai chi principle with an added focus of centralized, unified movement. By developing awareness of our whole body from our dantian we will be able to practice moving from our center in a way that becomes more internal and integrated. This will include movement with partners.
