Tai Chi Class!

We are teaching in person. The class meets in a room with ample space, ventilation. For the time being, mask optional.
Classes are held Monday evenings, except as noted. Wear comfortable, loose clothing and soft sole shoes, preferably tai chi shoes.

Description:
This series of 5 classes is for all students, both beginning and experienced. We will focus on the Tai Chi foundations which supports better balance, clear thinking, and strength. Your practice of Tai Chi will include Qigong.

The class is open to new students as well as those who have previously studied the form. Wear loose fitting clothing. Bring either socks or cotton-soled shoes to wear during class.
