CLASSES

Tai Chi Class!

We are teaching in person.  The class meets in a room with ample space, ventilation.  For the timbeing, mask optional.

 

Classes are held Monday evenings, except as noted.  Wear comfortable, loose clothing and soft sole shoes, preferably tai chi shoes.  

Winter classes start January 29-May 6, 2024.    

 

Winter 2024

Beginning Tai Chi Class

When:      Monday evenings

Description:   

This series of 10 classes begins the study of the Yang Style Short Form Tai Chi. The class will focus the fist third of the form and will emphasize relaxation, clear thinking, strength and feeling balanced.  To learn more about the Tai Chi teaching style and for our full curriculum, go the www.taichifoundation.org
